Store Policy

Shipping: Most orders ship within one to two business days via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Please allow at least one extra day for processing during the busy holiday season!  Order early to ensure prompt delivery. Shipping transit times vary depending on the distance from our shipping facility. You will receive a tracking number and the name of your shipping carrier via email as soon as your order ships.

Some items are shipped direct by the manufacturer, these items may take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery, depending upon the item ordered and your location. You will be notified of the anticipated delivery date.

Alaska and Hawaii - Deliveries to these locations are sent by USPS Priority Mail. There is additional shipping charges and items may take an additional day or so to arrive.

International Orders - We are happy to accept orders to international addresses.  Please contact Customer Services for an initial shipping quotation, please email us at customerservice@furrypartners.com.

Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class Delivery.

Ordering online: Buying from Furrypartners is easy and secure. You can order with confidence, our store uses industry-standard, secure SSL encryption to accept your credit card orders using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. 

Ordering by phone:  You may place an order by calling us at (904) 868-7396. To expedite your order and avoid mistakes, please give us item number & description of products and have your credit card number available. 

Ordering by mail:  If you prefer you may send us your order and include a check.  Please type or write your order on a separate sheet of paper. Be sure to include all your information: complete name, address, zip or postal code and your phone number, item description, item number & quantity. Do not forget to include shipping charges (see shipping section). We can only accept checks if your address and bank are location in the United States. Checks should be made out to Dakota-Duke Enterprises, Inc. and mailed (along with your order) to:

Back Order & Out of Stock Items - There are occasions when an item may be out of stock and/or on backorder. If we expect to fill your order within 2 weeks, we will process it the next business day after the backordered items arrive.  If the item will be on backorder for more than two weeks, we will contact you with the anticipated arrival date.  All backorders will be shipped with no additional shipping charges.  

Returns & Exchanges -

Returns:  We guarantee the quality of our products. Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the product, in the original packaging and unused condition, with the packing slip.  Please note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. Please call or email Customer Service prior to returning the product. Returns should be shipped UPS or USPS. Returns/Exchange Policy Exceptions: 

The following products are custom-made upon receipt of our order. Therefore,  they cannot be returned for refund or exchange except in cases of manufacturer's defect. 

Doorbells - Clocks - T-Shirts & Sweatshirts - Wood Carved Items - Personalized Items - Embroidered Items

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any item you purchased from FurryParners within the 30 days return period. There will be a nominal shipping charge for these exchanges depending on the size and weight of the product.

Defective & Damaged Procedures - You must contact FurryPartners.com within 5 working days of receipt of most merchandise. Exchange &/or refund is not guaranteed unless you receive prior permission from FurryPartners.com.  You must include your order number with all correspondence. Claims for breakage should be made with the shipping agent.
