Returns:  We guarantee the quality of our products. Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the product, in the original packaging and unused condition, with the packing slip.  Please note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. If product includes free shipping then actual shipping costs will be deducted from refund. Please call or email Customer Service prior to returning the product. Returns should be shipped UPS or USPS. Returns/Exchange Policy Exceptions: 

The following products are custom-made upon receipt of our order. Therefore,  they cannot be returned for refund or exchange except in cases of manufacturer's defect.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any item you purchased from FurryParners within the 30 days return period. There will be a nominal shipping charge for these exchanges depending on the size/weight of the product.

Defective & Damaged Procedures - You must contact FurryPartners.com within 5 working days of receipt of most merchandise. Exchange &/or refund is not guaranteed unless you receive prior permission from FurryPartners.com.  You must include your order number with all correspondence. Claims for breakage should be made with the shipping agent.
